Biography
Stefan Baumgartner (Student Member, IEEE) received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in electrical engineering and communication technology from the Graz University of Technology, Graz, Austria, in 2004.,Since 2004, he has been with the Microwaves and Radar Institute (HR), German Aerospace Center (DLR), Wessling, Germany. He is currently with the Radar Concepts Department, where his field of activity is the development of ground moving target indication and parameter estimation algorithms for future road-traffic-monitoring applications using multichannel airborne and spaceborne synthetic aperture radars (SARs).
