Biography
Lung-Sheng Yang was born in Tainan, Taiwan, in 1967. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Taiwan Institute of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1990, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1992, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, in 2007.,He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Far East University, Tainan.
