Anthony Ng’oma (Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in electronics and telecommunications from the University of Zambia, Lusaka, in 1995, the M.Eng. degree in control systems from the University of Zambia, Lusaka, in 1998, the PD.Eng. degree in information and communication technology from the Technical University of Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering (optical fiber and wireless communication systems) from the Technical University of Eindhoven, in 2005.,He has been working as a Research Manager at Corning Inc., New York, NY, USA, since 2010.
