Biography
Young Chai Jung received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics and computer engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 2004 and 2006, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electronics and computer engineering in the Nano Electronics Lab. at Korea University.,His main research interests are SOI-based MOSFETs, SOI-based single electron transistors, and silicon nanowire field effect transistors fabricated by top-down and bottom-up process.(Based on document published on 2 May 2009).
