Biography
Ryo Natsuaki (natsuaki@ee.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp) received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2014. He is currently an associate professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Systems, the University of Tokyo, Tokyo 113-8656, Japan. He was an aerospace project research associate of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), Tsukuba, Japan, from 2014 to 2017. He was also a guest scientist with the Microwaves and Radar Institute, German Aerospace Center (DLR), Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany, from 2018 to 2020 under JSPS Overseas Research Fellowships.
