Biography
Saurabh Mookerjea (S’07) received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Mumbai University, Mumbai, India, in 2003, M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2005 and the Ph.D degree in electrical engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, PA, USA, in 2010. He was with Intel Corporation, Hillsboro, OR, USA, as a Device Engineer in the logic technology development and manufacturing group. He is currently involved in the research and development of novel memory technology in the emerging memory group of Micron Technology, Inc.(Based on document published on 1 November 2016).
