Eugene J. Lauer received a bachelor's degree from the college of chemistry, Univ. of California, Berkeley in 1942 and a Ph.D. degree in physics from the Univ. of California, Berkeley in 1951 He has worked on beta decay, electric breakdown, fusion energy and beams.(Based on document published on 24 April 2017).
