Biography
Sze Wey Chua (M'86) received the B.S. degree (with high honor) in electrical engineering from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in 1987, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Ohio State University, Columbus, in 1989, and the Ph.D. degree in manufacturing and engineering systems from Brunel University, Uxbridge, U.K., in 1998, under a government scholarship working in the area of ac quantized Hall resistance.,Since 1990, he has been with the National Metrology Centre, Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A*STAR), Singapore, where he is currently the Head of the Electromagnetic Metrology Department (NMC was formerly under the Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research, the Singapore Productivity and...
