Biography

Waka Fukuoka is in charge of creating user manuals in English, Chinese, and Korean for Asian and Oceanian countries at Fuji Xerox in Tokyo, Japan. She started her career as a technical translator. She focused on Japanese rhetorical norms in her M.S. thesis from the University of Washington.(Based on document published on 7 August 2002).
