Biography
The scientific activity of V.K. Chernyshev started in 1950 at VNIIEF after a graduation from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute: 1955-Head of the Research Department; 1989-Deputy Chief Designer, Head of the Division; 1994-Deputy Scientific Leader, Leading Researcher. V.K. Chernyshev was awarded to Stalin Prize (1953), Lenin Prize (1962), State Prize (1980), the RF Government Prize (1998), the Red Banner Order (1956), Lenin Order (1960).,In 1970 V.K.
