Biography
Wes Lukaszek received the B.S.E.E. degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, in 1969 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, in 1974.,He has participated in integrated circuits R&D activities since then. At Intel Corporation, he conducted the initial development work in floating gate EEPROMs. At Zilog, Inc., he conducted MOST drain breakdown studies and yield improvement work on DRAMs. At Hewlett Packard Laboratories, he developed high-power, ultra-high speed power UMOS transistors for laser switching. At Trilogy Systems, he led the development of process development, defect density assessment, and yield modeling test vehicles for wafer-scale integration.
