Biography
Rodolfo E. Diaz received the B.S. degree in physics from Yale University, New Haven, CT, the M.S. degree in physics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from UCLA.,During 20 years in the aerospace industry, his work spanned many of the disciplines comprising modern electromagnetic engineering, from lightning protection, electromagnetic compatibility on the Space Shuttle, through the design of broadband missile antennas and radomes, to the design, evaluation, and prototyping of electromagnetic composite materials for low observable applications.
