Biography
Razak Mohd Ali Lee (S'10) received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from the Nagaoka University of Technology, Niigata, Japan, in 1999 and 2001, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Leeds, Leeds, U.K., in 2014.,In 2001, he joined Tokyo Electron Limited, Tokyo, Japan, where he was a Field Engineer. In 2001, he joined the Plasma Etching System Development and Manufacturing Centre, Tokyo Electron Yamanashi, Yamanashi, Japan. In 2006, he joined the School of Engineering and Information Technology, University Malaysia Sabah, as a Lecturer. His research interests involve multilayered-microwave device fabrication and its miniaturization techniques on LTCC and thick-film technology and integrated waveguides.(Based on document published on 16 June 2014).
