Biography
Chang Han Je received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, in 2002, and the M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, Korea, in 2004.,Since 2004, he has been a Senior Member of Engineering Staff with the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, Daejeon, where he is currently with the Advanced i-MEMS Research Team. In 2008, he joined the Digital Nanolocomotion Center, KAIST. He is currently involved with the MEMS inertial sensor and MEMS RF switch.
