Biography
Brahim Belgacem was born in France in 1974. He received the M.Sc. degree in ultrasound and materials from the University of Valencienne, France, in 1999 and the Ph.D. degree in the field of capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers (cMUT) from the University of Tours, France, in partnership with STMicroelectronics, France.,From 2004 to 2006, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Ceramics Laboratory of Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), working in the area of piezoelectric microelectromechanical systems (Piezo-MEMS). Since 2006, he has been with SENSeOR, Besancon, France, where he is charge of the development and fabrication of new surface-acoustic-wave sensors.(Based on document published on 11 October 2010).
