Biography
Damian O. Dike (S'04) was born in Enyiogugu, Imo State, Nigeria. He graduated from the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department, Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO), Nigeria with B. Eng. and Msc. degrees in Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 1995 and 2004 respectively. Damian is a Lecturer at FUTO Nigeria (on study leave), and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Tennessee Technological University (TTU) Cookeville, under Dr. Satish Mahajan. His research activities at the Center for Energy Systems Research TTU includes reactive power compensation, voltage stability analysis, load flow studies and distributed energy resources.(Based on document published on 12 August 2008).
