Biography
Haitao Yu received the B.S. degree in physics from Peking University, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics from the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2009. He is currently a Professor with the State Key Laboratory of Transducer Technology, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His current research interests include MEMS chemical sensors and lab-on-chip. Since 2017, he has been appointed as a member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association CAS.(Based on document published on 13 January 2021). Author's Published Works
