Biography
James L. Walsh received the M.Eng. degree in systems engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Loughborough University, Leicestershire, U.K., in 2004 and 2008, respectively.,Since 2006, he has been a Research Associate with the Plasma & Pulsed Power Group, Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Loughborough University.
