Biography
Michael P. McGarry (M’98–SM’13) received the B.S. degree in computer engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU in 1997, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Arizona State University in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, The University of Texas at El Paso. His research interests include optical and software defined networks, and cloud computing. In 2009, he was a co-recipient of the IEEE ComSoc Best Tutorial Paper Award.(Based on document published on 7 June 2016). Author's Published Works
