Biography
Topon Kumar Paul received the BScEng degree in computer science and engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 1998 and the MSc and PhD degrees in frontier informatics from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. From 1998 to 2001, he was a lecturer at the Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is currently working as a researcher in the Corporate Research and Development Center, Toshiba Corp., Japan. He was with the University of Tokyo when the paper was submitted to the journal.
