Biography
Wolfgang Hribernik (M'00), is the head of the business unit “Electric Energy Systems” at the Energy Department of the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology. Diploma studies in electrical engineering at University of Technology Vienna, Ph.D. studies at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, Switzerland. From 1998–1999 he was software developer at University of Technology Vienna, Institute of Switching Devices and High Voltage Technology. From 2000–2005 he was research associate at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, High Voltage Laboratory.
