Biography
Xiaohai He (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 1985, 1991, and 2002, respectively.,He is currently a Professor with the College of Electronics and Information Engineering, Sichuan University. His research interests include image processing, pattern recognition, computer vision, image communication, and software engineering.(Based on document published on 21 April 2023).
