Biography
Xiongxiong He received the M.S. degree from Qufu Normal University, Qufu, China, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1997.,He held a postdoctoral position with the Harbin Institute of Technology, from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, he joined the Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou, China, where he has been a Professor with the College of Information Engineering.
