Biography
Xiangfei Chen (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in physics from Soochow University, Suzhou, China, in 1991, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 1993 and 1996, respectively. From 1996 to 2000, he was a Faculty Member with the Nanjing University of Post and Telecommunication Technology, Nanjing. From 2000 to 2006, he was an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. From 2004 to 2005, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Microwave Photonics Research Laboratory, School of Information Technology and Engineering, University of Ottawa, Ottawa, ON, Canada.
