Biography

Takashi Tokuda (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree in materials engineering from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan, in 1993, 1995, and 1998, respectively. From 1999 to 2008 and from 2008 to 2019, he was an Assistant Professor with the Graduate School of Materials Science, and Nara Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), respectively. Since 2019, he has been a Professor with Tokyo Institute of Technology. His research interests include CMOS image sensors, implantable devices, wireless technology, and the IoT.(Based on document published on 10 September 2021).
