Biography
Zhaoyang Lu (SM’14) received the bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in communication and information systems from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 1982, 1985, and 1990, respectively. He is currently a Full Professor with the School of Telecommunications Engineering, Xidian University. He has written and coauthored over 100 articles in the field of pattern recognition and image processing.
