Biography
Amir I. Zaghloul (M'73–SM'80–F'92–LF'11) received the B.Sc. degree (Honors) from Cairo University, Giza, Egypt, in 1965 and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada, in 1970 and 1973, respectively, all in electrical engineering.,He is with the US Army Research Laboratory, Adelphi, MD, USA, and is affiliated with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Departments at Virginia Tech and University of Delaware.
