Biography
Jean-Baptiste Begueret (M'99) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France, in 1990 and 1996, respectively.,From 1997 to 2006, he was an Associate Professor with IXL Laboratory, University of Bordeaux, Bordeaux, France, where he was in charge of the High-Speed Mixed IC activities. From 2005 to 2010, he was leading the “IC Design Team”. In 2006, he became a Full Professor within the IMS Laboratory, University of Bordeaux. Since 2010, he has been the head of the “Design Group” (50 full and associated professors, and Ph.D. students) which includes three design teams working on digital to mmW activities.
