Biography
Hajime Nagano was born in Hyogo, Japan, in 1972. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and electronics engineering from Chiba University, Chiba, Japan, in 1996 and 1998, respectively.,He joined the Microelectronics Center, Toshiba Corporation, where he was engaged in the research and development of semiconductor substrates for ULSI. He is now with the Advanced Microelectronics Center, Toshiba Corporation, where he has been researching and developing the growth of single-crystal, poly-crystalline, and amorphous silicon and silicon-germanium.(Based on document published on 30 May 2006).
