Biography
Vyacheslav P. Yakovlev received the M.S. degree in physics from Novosibirsk State University (NSU), Russia, in 1977, and Ph.D. degree in accelerator physics from Budker Institute for Nuclear Physics (Budker INP), Novosibirsk, Russia, in 1988.,He was a Research Scientist, from 1977 to 1988, and a Senior Scientist, from 1988 to 1996, with Budker INP. From 1994 to 1996, he was an Associate Professor with Novosibirsk State Technical University. Since 1996 he worked with Yale Beam Lab, Physics Department, Yale University, and Omega-P Inc. as a Senior Research Scientist. Since 2007, he worked with Fermilab as a Senior Scientist, and from 2011 to present he is the Head of the SRF Department at the Applied Physics and Superconducting Technology Div...
