Biography
Ayman Kayssi received the B.E. degree (with Distinction) in electrical engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB), in 1987, and the M.S.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1989 and 1993, respectively. In 1993, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), AUB, where he is currently a Full Professor. From 2004 to 2007, he served as the Chairman of the ECE Department, AUB, and is currently an Associate Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. He teaches courses in electronics and in networking. He has published over 200 articles in the areas of security, networking, and very large scale integration.
