Biography
Heongsik Youn (S'83–M'85–SM'94) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Kwangwoon University, Seoul, Korea, in 1983, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, in 1985 and 1994, respectively.,Since 1994, he has been the Team Leader with the Payload Department, Korea Aerospace Research Institute, Deajeon, Korea.(Based on document published on 21 June 2010).
