Biography
Ming-Hwa Sheu received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, in 1989 and 1993, respectively. He worked as a Review Committee of the Engineering Department, Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST). From 2008 to 2011, he served as the Chairperson for the Department of Electronic Engineering. From 2015 to 2018, he worked as a Supervisor of Taiwan IC Design Association. He is currently a Full Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Yunlin, Taiwan.
