Biography
Riccardo Rovatti (Fellow, IEEE) received the M.S. degree in electronic engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electronics, computer science, and telecommunications from the University of Bologna, Italy, in 1992 and 1996, respectively. He is currently a Full Professor in electronics with the University of Bologna. He has authored more than 300 technical contributions to international conferences and journals and two volumes. His research interests include mathematical and applicative aspects of statistical signal processing, on machine learning for signal processing, and on the application of statistics to nonlinear dynamical systems.,He was a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE CAS Society (2017–2018).
