Biography
René FEUILLET received his Diplôme d'Ingénieur and his Dr. Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG), in 1976 and 1979, respectively, In 1991, he received the degree of “Habilitation a Diriger des Recherches” from the same institute.
