Biography
Onur Altintas received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Orta Dogu Teknik Universitesi, Ankara, Turkey, in 1987 and 1990, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1995, all in electrical engineering. He is a Fellow with the R&D Group of Toyota InfoTechnology Center, Co. Ltd., Tokyo, Japan. From 1999 to 2001, he was with the Toyota Motor Corporation and was also a Visiting Researcher at the Telcordia Technologies. Before joining the Toyota Motor Corporation in 1999, he was a Research Scientist at the Ultra High Speed Network and Computer Technology Labs, Tokyo. From 2001 to 2004, he was with the Toyota InfoTechnology Center USA. He was the Cochair for the Vehicle-to-Vehicle Communications Workshops... Author's Published Works
