Biography
Eduardo Magaña (Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunications engineering from the Public University of Navarre, Pamplona, Spain, in 1998 and 2001, respectively. Since 2005, he has been an Associate Professor with the Public University of Navarra. In 2002, he was a Postdoctoral Visiting Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley.
