Biography

Wei Zhang received the Ph.D. degree in cartography and geographic information science from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2008.,He is currently a Professor with Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. As a project leader, he has undertaken more than over 60 key projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program, and the National Natural Science Foundation. He has authored or coauthored more than 140 scientifc papers in well-recognized journals and conferences in the fields of remote sensing,computer vision, smart city, Big Data, and digital twin.
