Biography
Fengkun Gao (Student Member, IEEE) received the B. Eng. degree from the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2018, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Automation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2024.
