Biography
Bon-Hyun Ku (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea, in 2004 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2006 and 2010, respectively.,From 2011 to 2014, he was a Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of California at San Diego (UCSD), La Jolla, CA, USA, where he developed millimeter-wave integrated circuit and system design for automotive radars and wireless communications.
