Haoxuan Che received the B.E. degree in software engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2019. He is currently a Research Assistant with the School of Software, Northwestern Polytechnical University. In conclusion, we have demonstrated that a stable EC-MLLD module can generate wavelength tunable optical clock pulses up to 40-GHz by higher-harmonic hybrid mode-locking.
