Biography

Yoshikazu Nitta was born in Yamanashi, Japan, on November 24, 1963. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronic engineering from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, in 1986 and 1988, respectively.,In 1988, he joined Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Hyogo, Japan. In 2003, he joined Sony Corporation, Atsugi, Japan, where he is currently working on high-speed CMOS image sensors.(Based on document published on 20 November 2006).
