Biography
Huali Duan received the B.E. degree in integrated circuit design (IC design) from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2019. She is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology with ZJU-UIUC Institute, Zhejiang University, Haining, China.,Her current research interests include modeling and simulation of emerging micro/nanoscale semiconductor electronic devices.(Based on document published on 17 October 2023).
