Biography

Rui Liu received the B.S. degree from Space Engineering University, Beijing, China, in 2019, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree. His research interests focus on satellite–terrestrial networks, cognitive radio systems, wireless communication systems, and multiuser communication system.(Based on document published on 24 March 2023).
