Biography
Xinying Kilpi-Chen received the Ph.D. degree in information technology from the University of Jyväskylä, Jyväskylä, Finland, the M.Sc. degree in communication engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, and the B.Eng. degree in electronic information engineering from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China.
