Biography
Hui Li (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin, China, in 2019. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the School of Big Data & Software Engineering, Chongqing University, Chongqing, China.
