Biography
Bin Qian received the B.E. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2011 and 2014, respectively. He is currently a Research Scientist with the Electric Power Research Institute, China Southern Power Grid, Guangzhou, China.
