Biography
Neil Koone received the B.S. degree in physics and astronomy from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, TX, USA, in 1989, the M.S. degree in physics from the University of North Texas, Denton, TX, USA, in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in physics from Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, in 1996.,He started his career as a Physics Professor with the University System of Georgia, Rome, GA, USA. He was with the University of Texas at Tyler, Tyler, TX, USA, and served at Bell Helicopter-Textron Inc., Fort Worth, in the Electromagnetic Compatibility and Lightning Factors Group.
