Biography
Youngdon Choi (Member, IEEE) was born in Seoul, South Korea. He received the B.S. (Hons.), M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, in 1999, 2001, and 2005, respectively.,During the early stages of his career, from 2003 to 2005, he contributed his expertise to Anapass Inc., Seoul, where he played a role in circuit design for flat panel display solutions. In 2005, he joined Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, Gyunggi-do, South Korea, where he was involved with the circuit design for post DDR3. From 2008 to 2014, he focused his efforts on PRAM core and analog circuit design. In 2014, he was a Visiting Scholar at the University of California at Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA.
