Biography
Jye-Chyi Lu received the Ph.D. degree in statistics from University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1988,,He joined the faculty of North Carolina State University, Raleigh, where he remained until 1999. Currently, he is a Professor in the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta. He is very active in promoting research, education, and extension-service programs with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing, industrial statistics, information systems engineering, and e-design areas. He has published 60 journal papers in these areas.,Dr. Lu is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Reliability.(Based on document published on 14 February 2005). Author's Published Works
